9 Tiny Habits That Will Completely Transform Your Life

Habits

How small actions lead to big results We often think that to achieve great success in life, we must make big changes in ourselves, when sometimes even very small changes can transform our lives to a great extent. You need a system and a routine to transform your life and achieve your goals. You have to create habits, and you have to stick to them long enough to let them work their magic. This is something you hear over and over again, because it’s true. In 2019, one of the most popular and best-selling success books in the American market was Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book is a practical guide to breaking bad habits and creating good ones, and in it, the author clearly explains why small, everyday habits lead to big successes. If you haven’t read the book yet, I highly recommend you do; it will change your life. But just reading it is not enough; you need to put everything you learn into practice. But until you do, in this article, we will introduce you to 9 common habits that can make positive changes in your life and improve your life. 1. Delay your reactions. I know; I agree that the world is fast-paced, but that doesn’t mean we have to respond to everything quickly. Many times, we need to delay our responses and reactions. Learn to say, “I’ll let you know later,” “I’ll get back to you later,” and other similar phrases. Instead of responding positively to an offer that you may later realise was not right for you, it is better to take a few minutes and think about it. Rest assured that patience and delay in responding will save you time, frustration, and change your life in the long run. 2. When you don’t like something, force yourself to do it. Choose one small task each day that you hate to do and then start doing it completely. From washing the dishes to making your bed, from exercising daily to making dinner instead of ordering in. It can be anything. After doing this for a few days, you will realise that the problem is not the task itself, but your bad habit of procrastinating. This is the easiest way, especially when you have only one choice. But often, when you start the first step, you get into a state of mind and finish the task. Once you’ve spent a few days doing small tasks, move on to bigger ones. Over time, you’ll notice the impact and see a transformation in your life.   3. Take a day off from social media. There were days when I had my phone in my hand all the time. I would pick it up for no reason and then, without realising it, I would spend hours on social media. I don’t even have a high social media presence. I’ve never posted anything on Facebook and I have less than 100 followers on Instagram, with whom I occasionally share pictures of my family. I can’t and don’t want to give up social media. Facebook is a great gateway to world events, and Instagram is a great source of inspiration for my writing. But all of these platforms are useful as long as I use them in moderation. So instead of deleting their app from my phone, I decided to stop using it on Fridays, and that’s what I did. After four weeks, I had drastically reduced my screen time, even setting a 1-hour limit on social apps. So if you are facing this problem, it is better to start from the beginning; stay away from social media completely for a day, or, if it is difficult for you, do not connect your mobile phone to the Internet at all. When you realise that you are not missing anything after being offline for a while, you will consciously decide to spend less time on the internet each day and be confident that, in a short period of time, you will see the impact of this and witness a transformation in your life. 4. Prepare your schedule for the next day the night before. Pick out your outfit the night before and pack everything into your bag (men may not realise this, but most women have a specific list of items they must have in their everyday bag). Write a list of things you need to do tomorrow. Check your calendar to see if you have any meetings, calls, or errands scheduled. Do whatever you can to make the next day easier. If you have a plan for your day, you will get things done faster. There is no magic involved; it is pure logic that will transform your life. 5. Don’t do anything else while eating. When you eat and work, study, or watch a movie at the same time, you often end up eating more than you need. Plus, you won’t enjoy your food or do your work as well. If you’re trying to create an Excel document, can you taste the vegetables? Probably not. Eating lunch or dinner shouldn’t take more than 10 to 15 minutes. So when did we get so busy that we don’t even have a few minutes to fuel our bodies? The next time you eat, just do this: eat. You’ll find that not using your phone while eating won’t be a problem, although it may not be easy. The simple fact that we have to free ourselves from doing such things should raise some questions for you. 6. Use a timer for your tasks. The Pomodoro Technique can be called the productivity bible. It is so popular because it works so well and, therefore, deserves praise. Of all the little habits I have mentioned so far, this one has helped me the most. Working and travelling full-time isn’t always easy (or, I might add, fun), and you have to come up with a schedule and stick to it. So I’ve adapted the

Digital Detox for the Modern Mind-Escape the Grip of Your Devices

How-to-Start-a-Successful-Digital-Detox?

Is the first thing you do after waking up is check your phone? Do you feel anxious without knowing about notifications? Do you spend hours on social media, losing track of time? Do you feel like you’re addicted to the internet? You’re not alone. It’s a common experience for many of us in today’s always-connected world. But there’s a serious and compelling solution to regain control of your time and focus. In this comprehensive guide, we’ll learn what a digital detox is, why it’s essential for our mental and physical health, and how we can implement it into our lives step by step and without stress. What is digital detox? A digital detox is a period of time in which a person voluntarily limits or completely stops using electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. The main goal is to reduce stress, increase focus, and establish a deeper connection with the real world. This process can range from a few hours a day to several full days a week or month, and it depends entirely on your lifestyle and needs. Why do we need digital detox? You may think your use of technology is completely normal, but the digital world is designed to be addictive. Big tech companies compete in the “Attention Economy” for your most precious asset: your time and attention. If you notice several of the following signs, you are probably addicted to the Internet and the digital world, and it is time for a digital detox:   Offline anxiety: You feel overwhelmed and anxious if your phone is out of reach or the internet goes down. Sleep disturbance: The blue light from the screen and the excitement from virtual content disrupt your sleep cycle. Social comparison and reduced self-esteem: Seeing the filtered and perfect lives of others on social media makes you feel bad about your own life. Decreased focus: You are constantly switching between apps and notifications and cannot focus on one task for long. Fear of missing out ( FOMO ): You feel like you have to be online all the time to keep up with news, events, or conversations. Reduced quality of real-life relationships: Even when you are with friends or family, you are focused on your phone and have less eye contact and fewer deep conversations. The amazing Benefits of Digital Detox for the Brain and Body: Taking a break from the digital world isn’t just a fad; it’s a direct investment in your health. How to Start a Successful Digital Detox? (Step-by-Step Guide) You don’t have to throw your phone in the sea to get started! Digital detox is a gradual process. Start with small, practical steps. First: Preparation and reduction of stimuli Silence notifications: The most important and easiest step. Only allow essential notifications (like calls or messages from specific people) to appear. By doing this, you will get your control back over your day Delete unnecessary apps: Delete apps that are just wasting your time and are of no use. The fewer choices you have, the less temptation you will have. Clear your phone’s home screen: Move social media apps from the home screen to the next screen or put them in a folder so that accessing them requires an extra step of effort. Second: Create smart rules and boundaries Set yourself a “curfew”: Set a specific rule for yourself; for example, “No phone use from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day.” Take this rule seriously. Make your bedroom a tech-free zone: Charge your smartphone outside the bedroom. Use a cheap, old alarm clock to wake you up. This will transform the quality of your sleep. Establish “tech-free zones” at home: The most popular rule is to ban phones at the dinner table. This is a golden opportunity to reconnect with family members. Third: Replacing digital habits with real habits Find a non-digital hobby: When you feel bored and your hand reaches for your phone, have a clear alternative in advance: read a book, do some stretching, listen to a podcast, but don’t look at the screen, or look out the window. Take advantage of short breaks: Are you waiting for a bus? Are you standing in line at the bakery? Instead of looking at your phone, pay attention to your surroundings, the people around you, and your environment. This is a great mindfulness practice. Give yourself non-digital rewards: After a successful day of managing your phone usage, reward yourself with a long bath, watching a movie with the family (phone-free!), or a walk in the park. Take control, don’t let go of technology. Digital detox isn’t about fighting technology; it’s about using it consciously and purposefully. The goal is for you to control your devices, not for them to control your life. By taking small, consistent steps, you can regain focus, build deeper relationships, and enjoy your real, non-digital life more. What is your first step to starting a digital detox? In this article, we have brought you some of the financial tips you need to know and follow about financial management at this stage of your life so that you can build a bright future for yourself.    Tips for having  financial freedom in Your 30s   1. Have some money saved You may be in your thirties, just starting out in the business world, and you haven’t saved any money yet, but this is a habit you should start now. You don’t have to put aside a large amount every month, just take a small amount out, and before you know it, you’ll have a significant amount saved for those days when you need it most.  2. Always look for a better job You may be happy with your job and don’t want to change it, but we suggest that you go to job interviews every now and then to test your worth and abilities and to find out about the salaries and benefits of other companies. 3. Take risks Changing jobs or continuing your education in your forties may not be in your best interest. So if you think you should change your job or continue your education, it’s better to make this decision in your 30s. This call may not increase your financial income right now, but if it makes you happier, it’s worth it. 4. Spend your money on learning Our experts advise you to spend at least a few percent of your income on learning new skills. By improving your abilities and boosting your resume, you will also increase your income in the best possible way in the long run.  5. Don’t spend too much Of course, as your abilities and skills increase, your financial income will also increase. But this is not a reason to prove yourself to others. You should not compare yourself to others in any way. If they have a high-end car, there is no reason for you to throw an expensive car under your feet. You should plan your life and invest your money according to the goal you have in mind. 6. Be a role model for others Just as you should never stop learning, you should also teach others, especially your children, from the very beginning how to manage their money and deal with financial issues. In fact, they need to learn to be responsible with finances, otherwise they will leave you with a burden of instalments and debt.  7. Buy a house One of the best investments you can make in your thirties is buying a house. Buying a house may be a dream for you, but you should make it one of your most important goals. So once you’ve paid off all your debts, start saving up for a house. 8. Talk to your spouse about finances If you are married or if you are single but have found your soulmate and want to build your future with him, talking about finances is not only okay but one of the topics that you should definitely discuss with your partner. This will not only increase the intimacy between you but also your bank account. 9. Prepare for having children You may not have children yet, but if you think about those days from now and set aside some money for the needs of that time, it will be in your favour. This will not only give you the necessary motivation to work harder, but it will also prepare you for one of the biggest changes in your life. So, prepare yourself now to start a prosperous life with your child. 10. Be prepared for unexpected events Warren Buffett, an American billionaire, says that people can sit in the shade today because someone planted a tree years ago. In addition, ensure all your current loans and major debts. By insuring your loans, you ensure your family’s financial security against unforeseen events. You should also Gather all your financial information together and share this information with your family. 11. Remember that progress is one of the most important factors that you should pay close attention to. For example, if you are currently saving 20,000 Tomans per month, you should increase this amount to 40,000 Tomans in another year. Therefore, growing is one of the priorities in your life. 12. Have big dreams and take steps to achieve them Have big dreams and take the necessary steps to make them a reality. Dream of owning a car, a house or starting a new business. Invest your money in different sectors In the current situation where the world economy is unstable, people who have invested in gold have been safe from this instability. If you have not invested in various investments so far, now is the time to diversify your investments and not just invest in a specific asset. Investing solely in the stock market will not provide you with the necessary profits to achieve all your financial goals. So, make a list of your

How to Finally Let Go of Bad Habits & Rewire Mind

What exactly did you do last night when you brushed your toothbrush before going to bed? Did you need to control your behaviour to do this? Were you careful at all times not to insert the toothbrush into your eyes instead of your mouth? The role of habits in our lives is so great that if we forget this role, we should not hope for our other efforts. If we pay attention, we will realise that our lives are the result of our habits. But how do we break bad habits when it comes to habits? We must try to break bad habits to have a good life ahead. One of my friend named Rehan, 27, a national team weightlifter with a major complaint of pettiness. I have been working around the clock for about 2 years to participate in the world competitions that we have ahead of us. I did everything I could to win, and I am fighting for my goal. In addition to my professional workouts, I work hard to avoid any weight classification that will be done soon. But my problem is that I wake up every night at 2 to 3 o’clock and I have to eat something like biscuits, chocolate or chips. And after eating it, I suffer from a severe pang of conscience and take on the weight of stress. I am one kilo overweight right now, and due to the little time I have, I am very stressed that I will not lose weight. The problem is having a bad habit. Before giving the pain a general conclusion and giving a solution to quit the habit of eating junk food, it is better to answer this question: Do we need the habit or not? What habits are useful and what habits are harmful? What are the ways to quit the bad habit? Join us to answer these questions. What is a habit? Habit In Persian culture, Amid is interpreted as temperament or something that a person gets used to and does in time, temperament. Ibn Sina described it as a repetition of an action nearby that lasts a long time. From the point of view of contemporary psychologists, habit is defined in this way (a repetitive pattern of behavior or a kind of physiological problem that manifests itself in the form of an order and enhances the power of performance). The importance of the role of habit in successes and failures Consider smoking, you may smoke after a meal and do not imagine the harm it does to your body even for a moment. A cigarette may not seem like much harm in your whole life, but if you smoke a cigarette every day after a meal, you will eventually find that you do not smoke only after a meal, but before going to work, after work, lunchtime. You smoke before going to bed and so on. The essence of the habit is that it expands. The mind tends to create neural pathways to guide your life automatically. If your mind thinks something is pleasurable, it will lead you there. When a bad habit creates this pleasant habit in a person, the brain expands the bad habit so much that it dominates all aspects of one’s life. We must be able to break the habit and have a strong will in this life. How habits are formed in us Some basic habits are essential to success in life, but some are acquired, including areas of health and well-being, finances, relationships, work, time management skills, and goal setting. The core of successful habits is the habit of creating the habit itself. We are all a set of habits that are formed every day with little effort without our knowledge. For example, if we eat chocolate every day at about 3 pm, this activity becomes a habit. Just as it is difficult to break bad habits, it is easy to make habits. All you need to do is spend 5 to 10 minutes a day getting used to the habit. In this section, we will mention ten of the best habits of successful people. Daily goal setting, optimal time management, measuring and evaluating everything, spending wisely and rationally, self-discipline first, daily exercise, making the right choices to sleep well, daily thanksgiving, daily action The process of creating a new habit Good habits are hard to come by, but bad habits that have been with you for years are much harder to break. However, it is not impossible to eliminate it. The question is, how does a habit develop in the mind? Habits are on the rise. They are small at first and then grow. Pay attention to the knots of a rope. One part of the rope can consist of thousands of knots. Imagine for a second you were transposed into the karmic driven world of Earl. They are strong enough to hold a ship by the shore, even in large storms. Habits are just as strong as these knots. Sometimes they are so strong that they do not disappear or come back after you have destroyed them. Why is it almost impossible to break bad habits and build good ones? Think again about the thickness of the same knot. Think of a time when you had no good or bad habits. Your habit becomes the first thing you do as if it were your first knot. What you do for the first time takes up a lot of space in your mind. For example, the first time you go to the club or school, you need to be mindful. The mind must be alert because it is not used to it. When a person smokes for the first time while his mind is not aware of it, the first roots of the habit are planted in it. Habit is the product of neural pathways that, over time, form like nodes, one after the other, eventually forming a habit that is almost impossible

The importance of body language

You may be interested to know that your body language can not lie! This is why many people who work in the Intelligence Office and the Ministry of Intelligence find out through body language whether people are telling the truth or lying! So be careful: your body language is always more honest than the language of your words. For this reason, in this article, we want to examine the importance of body language in different parts of people’s lives and tell you some really important points about it. In fact, in this article, you will be well acquainted with the following: Is body language acquired or innate? Why is body language important? The importance of body language in different parts. Is body language acquired or inborn? One of the most frequently asked questions in the discussion of body language is whether body language is acquired or innate. When a person in a European country reacts to fear and we in Asia react to fear, does it indicate the inherent nature of body language or is it also an acquired aspect? In answer to this question, I have to say that there is no doubt that part of body language is innate and we all do it the same way, but certainly, an important part of it is acquired and must be strengthened. Many of the world’s politicians and dignitaries also strengthen their body language so that they can have the greatest possible impact on other people. One of the things that are often overlooked in the discussion of body language is that most people think that they should only strengthen their body language so that others can have a good understanding of it. No, it is not; The first important message of body language is your message to yourself! For example, when you take on the body language of a depressed person, you send a message to your brain that I am not feeling well! You can take full advantage of this and take on the body language of a strong and energetic person to make your brain think you are very energetic. Research has shown that body language is also very important and effective in people’s souls. So the first important message of body language is your message to yourself. Our second message is through body language to the audience in front of us. For example, you use your body language to convey to the audience that I do not trust you, I do not accept you, you are not a good person and you can convey many other messages to others through your body language. The third message is the other party’s message to you. In any relationship you have, before the other person makes a point to you, you can find out through his body language what he wants from you or how he behaves towards you. These are the important messages of body language that have greatly increased its importance. Your body language is what puts the first impression on others. Sometimes even without saying a word, the other party decides how to treat you. It is good to know that many transactions are formed or destroyed due to this body language. So keep in mind that in the first few seconds there are a lot of judgments that your body language will have a strange effect on. Body language is a universal language When we say body language is a universal language, it means that when a person wants to show his fear, he does it in the same way in Iran and Europe or anywhere in the world. This means that even if the other party does not admit their fear, you can recognize this from their body language. The important point is that body language is not only a universal language but also a superhuman language! This means that not only humans in different parts of the world can talk to each other, but often animals understand our body language, and vice versa! Also, one of the reasons that some animals can live among humans is that they understand our body language. You have probably seen that the same skill is usually used to train animals. That is, the animal is made to understand that. Communication Body language is a universal and trans-human language. Body language is the first language used by humans. This discussion has two extremely important and first-rate points; The first is that when we say body language is the first language used by humans, it is because when a baby or child cannot speak, he or she understands what to do according to the body language of the people or others with his or her body language. The second point is that in ancient times, when language had not yet been invented and people could not speak to each other, they used their body language to teach others what to do. That is why we say body language is the first language used by humans. Understands and interprets verbal messages The most common use of body language is to better understand and interpret verbal messages! Suppose someone says a lot of things, but you do not quite understand what he means! But when he uses his body language well, he can tell you the truth much better so that you can understand his purpose more accurately and better. This is why, for example, when you see someone who is not worried, even if he says that the worst possible things have happened to him and that he has been cheated on, it is still hard for you to believe it. So if it is not body language, you can not understand well what others are saying or explain to your audience what you mean. In the next section, we want to name some of the most important and practical parts in which body language is of great importance. The importance of body language in the family The first

How to Stay Motivated When Nothing Works?

Motivation

Are successful people necessarily people with a very high level of knowledge? Or do they have unique skills and amazing talents? Hasn’t the chance of special situations and strong relationships played a role in their success? A person’s failure in life is not a lack of talent or skill; but the most important thing a person needs in life is motivation. If you lack motivation, you will get tired after a while and leave your job under various pretexts. Hope in difficult situations is the greatest art of every human being. If you want to know one of the most important and influential factors in the success of great people, read the article ” How to be motivated “. The study time is approximately 11 minutes. What is motivation? Motivation means the desire to do something, but doing does not mean doing something or doing the action. Doing in motivation means wanting for it. We may lose our emotional motivation or lovemaking. Motivation is examined in both emotional and practical dimensions. We should not equate motivation and passion because motivation is the desire to do and passion is emotion. The need for skills, talents, IQ, emotional intelligence, expertise, creativity, etc. to succeed is not hidden from anyone, but by studying the biographies of famous and successful people, we come across cases that they are not only smart and extraordinary people but also very ordinary life. They did not have the right conditions for progress and success. So what sets them apart from the rest of the world? Before reading this lesson, please read and think about the following questions: The motivation of sense or logic? What does motivation at work mean? Does being motivated alone lead to the goal? The role of motivation in progress and success: If you draw success at the top of a mountain in your mind and consider the tools and techniques to reach it as a car on the steep slope of the mountain (success techniques: confidence, creativity, productivity, knowledge, etc.) To move a car to reach that peak, we need a driving force, a driving force called motivation, in fact, motivation can be considered the driving force to reach the goal. There is a misconception that everyone thinks there must be motivated to get the car to its goal, but an inward-outward approach to motivation says that even a small step or low force can motivate and open the engine. Set in motion and provided the energy needed to take the next steps and reach the goal. Fuel motivation is to reach the goal A closer look at motivation: Rapaport: Motivation is the inner appetite force. Allport: Motivation is defined as the internal state of an organism that results from a person’s behavior and thinking. In a nutshell, motivation can be described as follows: Motivation is one of the most important aspects of human life, so that a person needs the motivation to continue living, surviving, working and even change, and without motivation, human life is motionless, stagnant and cold. And he will be soulless. We need to learn to cultivate new behaviors, but we need the motivation to practice what we have learned. Motivation is no less important than learning. We all know how to lose weight, get a higher score and be kind to others. The obstacle to achieving many of these goals is that we do not value it enough to take the time and effort. To change, one must know (knowledge) and one must desire (motivation). But note that there is a long way to go from knowing to doing. Many things like our need to survive, pressure, feeling, harm, fear of danger, reward, belonging, desire, decision, value, skill, freedom of mental satisfaction, interest, pleasure, hatred, habit, purpose, etc. motivate human beings Gives, and all of these make an impact at the same time. What triggers human activity is motivation.   The primary motivation can be our reason for doing things. We can find this reason for our needs. Every goal we set satisfies one or more of our needs. The more a goal meets a more important and greater need in us and the more we feel the chance to achieve it, the more motivation is formed in us and the closer we go in this direction and the closer to the goal, the more our motivation increases. But things do not always stay that way, and changing circumstances and events change our belief in the chance we have of achieving this goal, and our motivation decreases or increases. For example, if your goal is to buy a car, your motivation will decrease if you are fired, but if your salary increases or the car you want becomes cheaper, your motivation to achieve the goal will increase.   Important question: Is skill more important or motivation? The answer to this question is that a person who is more motivated and puts in more effort will have a better chance of success than someone who is highly skilled. High motivation causes a person to spend more energy on his goal, and it is this energy and effort that makes him approach the goal slowly, and while gaining more motivation, he can gradually acquire skills and gain more experience. “If you once wanted to do something but could not start it and kept postponing it, the best way is to start doing it by trying and pushing yourself at any cost and taking small steps along the way. And take to achieve your goal. “Small successes in this direction will help motivate you and keep you going.”   Are motivational sentences enough to motivate? A positive outlook on the dimensions of an event is generally very valuable and effective, but repeating motivational phrases will never really motivate. The biggest drawback to these sentences is that they give you the misconception that you can be self-satisfied and achieve the desired results without doing anything special. But the only thing that should
